Empower to Excel Mental Performance provides mental skills training services for athletes, teams, performers, military personnel, and athletic programs of all sizes, levels, and budgets, as well as mental skills and consulting services for businesses and executives. For all those interested in learning to empower their mind and excel in their performance setting, we’ve got you covered.
Team
Make mental performance a part of your team's practice to improve team culture to improve cohesion, leadership and overall team performance. Group or team meetings are efficient and engaging ways to bring mindset training to a group of co-workers, performers, athletes, and/or coaches. They can provide individualized skills training, awareness of group/team dynamics, and tools to foster a supportive environment within their team. Popular topics include teamwork, communication, visualization, and mindfulness. Each session is highly customizable and can be tailored to fit the specific needs of your group/team.
Individual
Individual sessions help an athlete/performer improve their mindset and deal with any psychological/emotional issues that may be impacting their performance. At Empower to Excel Mental Performance, individualized sessions are created for the athlete/performer/coach. We work with them to build a strong mindset that is not only applicable in sport, but also in many areas in life. Common topics include but are not limited to: performance anxiety, confidence, consistency, emotion management, goal setting, imagery, leadership, motivation, relaxation techniques, overcoming mental blocks, visualization, and more.
Workshops
Workshops and presentations aim to educate athletes, teams, coaches, parents, athletic trainers, and sport medicine personnel on topics related to mindset training. Examples include stress management, leadership development, communication skills, performance anxiety, athlete motivation, the psychology of teams, overcoming mental blocks, dealing with frustration, building confidence, and coping with injury.
